A custom mobile and desktop platform was developed to streamline communication, event management, and community interaction for a growing 236-member organization. The platform features an intuitive user experience designed around simple navigation, personalized member profiles, and integrated event tools that support ongoing engagement.
A broader growth strategy strengthened the platform’s reach through consistent social content, monthly newsletters, improved onboarding flows, and in-store signage that encouraged new sign-ups. A cohesive content calendar unified messaging across all channels, ensuring a clear, recognizable brand presence.
This integrated system enhances member participation, drives visibility, and supports the long-term growth of the community.
